Mark is the president and CEO of the Pharmaceutical Management Association in fact PCMA one of the very first to push the adoption electronic health records. PCMA is the national association representing the countries pharmacy benefit managers. They know first hand what this means for health care. Two years ago, PCMA organized a group of e-prescribing applicants including AARP, consumer groups, and employers. Senator Kerry was a naturally alley, Massachusetts was a pioneer State with many doctors already using Technology. Newt Gingrich was also an early proponents somewhat got them together who is a match. You may have seen their joint letter to the editor in the Wall Street Journal. All of the sudden people on both sides of the aisle were anxious to be part of the e-prescribing effort. Consumer and employer group was growing and all of the sudden there was a movement on her hands. Just one show reminder here former speaker, Gingrich will be speaking via a satellite so it will be slight delay on the feed so, the important to wait few seconds during the questions and answers. So do not end up talking every each other, so with no further or do, we will bring out Mark who in turn well introduce Speaker Gingrich.
