Since 2001, Conference Archives has been providing industry-leading content capture and distribution services to a wide range of organizations seeking to extend the reach and value of their meetings and conferences. CAI excels at implementing technology based solutions to manage and distribute content, such as sessions, teleseminars, and scientific posters captured at an event.

The products and services offered by CAI add many levels of value to event knowledge, delivering new kinds of educational materials that are more appealing and complete, satisfying member and attendee expectations, providing new revenue opportunities through sales, and increasing sponsorship opportunities.

Through our innovative and transformational products and services, we dramatically expand the nature and potential of the conference arena. We do this by creating online post-conference environments and communities via our unique rich media presentation archiving, delivery, and retrieval program. Through this program individuals are able to access events from a distance, sometimes within hours of the event via the Internet. CAI also delivers presentation-based educational content through interactive CD-ROMs and DVD-ROMs.
