Todd Wagner, President and CEO

The founder of Conference Archives, Inc., Todd is responsible for all aspects of operations including sales, program and production coordination, logistic management, and personnel. As the President and CEO, he has primary fiscal responsibility, and was instrumental in providing the vision for the company. Mr. Wagner has over 18 years of experience in live event recording, multimedia production, and replication for the business-to-business community. His experience in the communications industry as a production manager and sales director has allowed him to be an asset to clients as a key consultant. Throughout his career, his salesmanship has been the development and implementation of creative sales strategies to increase gross revenues.

Dave Cornell, EVP, Operations

Dave coordinates the ongoing development of ecommerce solutions, specific software solutions, and web initiatives for CAI. In addition, he manages CAI’s project management team to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of client engagements. Dave is also responsible for optimizing internal processes to enable CAI to better serve its clients. He has over 15 years of diverse entrepreneurial and professional experiences in video production, cad/cam manufacturing, estimating, project management, internet applications, software development, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Todd Wonders, VP, Information Technology

Todd’s responsibilities include database management, IT infrastructure management, streamlining the creation of digital files, and e-commerce coordination. Additionally, he also travels to CAI's larger events to coordinate the collection and organization of presenter PowerPoints and supporting documents. Earlier in his tenure, he in tandem with others at CAI, created CAI's first multimedia player and archive websites.

William Hanzel, VP, Production

Bill oversees the production of client content. In this role, he is responsible for developing production strategies and protocols. The combination of these strategies and protocols and the close working relationship with Conference Archives account executives, helps Bill assure successful execution of client projects. Additional event specific responsibilities include planning onsite technical logistics, element capture and processing, quality assurance, and final delivery of content via the Internet or fixed media.

David Sampson, EVP, Medical Content Division

David is responsible for developing new global exposure, discoverability, and access opportunities for client content via CAI’s new event knowledge platform, Ekatius™. David left Wolters Kluwer Health (WKH) in 2007, where he began his career, to join CAI. At WKH, he served in book and journal sales, marketing, and business development positions both in the U.S. and Asia.

Dr. John A. Kriak, PharmD, Director of Medical Education

John works with clients on comprehensive continuing medical education programs. In addition to his past clinical experience, John also works as an author and consultant for Kaplan Educational Centers in New York and has authored and contributed to a number of textbooks and publications for Kaplan, Simon & Schuster, and McGraw-Hill. John has also written numerous accredited continuing medical education courses for the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, RxSchool.com, and PowerPak Communications.
