Conference Archives hosts content for many organizations captured from a variety of venues and settings. Topics encompass a large number of professions and industries. This content is made available on Media Archive Websites found at dedicated URLs or sub-domains corresponding with the event or organization. This will bring-up the Media Archive Website "landing page" for the content you desire.
Please notice that while some content is freely accessible, other content is for sale and will require a user name and password. If you don't have a user name and password, you may need to purchase access online or contact the organization controlling access to receive one. Otherwise, enter your information as directed and click on the "login" button. You will be taken to the content directory where you may search or sort for content.
Some archives are distributed on CD-ROM and DVD-ROM product line. In most cases, archives on disc will have a matching website but this is not always the case.
Large archives will be divided into multiple discs. You may insert any disc to start your experience. If you are using a Windows system, the disc will start automatically. Otherwise, double-click on the disc's icon to start it. Follow the instructions and click on the underlined links to search, sort, and open the content. When searching on a multi-disc archive, you will need to insert the appropriate disc to open the desired content.
Click on any of the underlined title links to open the presentation on the Conference OnDemand™ or Conference Companion® player. Playback will start automatically. You can move to any part of the presentation using the timeline under the slide. When transcription is available you may search it, and use the result links to move to that point in time. From the player you may also view supporting documentation, read a speaker biography, read a general description, and more.
On the web, moving forward and searching will become available after the audio has finished downloading. Leaving the mouse over any button will render a balloon with its text version. Slide numbers represent the original slide identification number, and may increase or decrease depending of the order in which they were shown. Transcription and other optional information will open on the left region, or Flex Space. Click on the button on top to select different views. For example, to view the supporting documents, click on the drop down, and then on "Documents". A list of document links will be shown in the Flex Space. Click on any of the links to open the document.

First, discard the obvious: make sure your speakers or headphones are connected, volume is turned up, and audio is coming out of your computer.
If you've heard audio on this presentation before, you may need to rewind and press play to restart the presentation.
If you haven't heard audio before, and you are viewing the archive from an office or company computer,
make sure that your company IT department allows download and playback of MP3 files.
This is achieved by placing restrictions on a Firewall or an administrative security feature on your computer.
If you can hear some presentations but not others, this may indicate a problem that escaped our quality assurance process.
Please contact Conference Archives, Inc. to have the issue resolved.
If you are using Internet Explorer and your computer starts to run slow (you can tell when the cursor doesn't catch up with the mouse movement),
your system resources may be running low due to a memory leak in the browser. This is a known issue with IE.
To avoid this problem, do not open and close the popup window repeatedly. Instead, navigate back to the list page and chose
another title. The popup will reload and come up again.
